On August 28, award-winning poet Farah Ghafoor will be hosting a workshop at the Workers Arts & Heritage Centre as part of their 2025 Labour Day programming.

Her most recent release is the critically acclaimed collection Shadow Price from House of Anansi Press.

This workshop will offer a mix of close readings and creative prompts. Allowing participants the opportunity to write and share their own work. This event is free and open to all but registration is encouraged!
