Helen Humphreys

Helen Humphreys is the award-winning author of four books of poetry, seven novels, and two works of creative non-fiction, including the bestselling The Frozen Thames. She has won the Rogers Writers’ Trust Fiction Prize, the City of Toronto Book Award, the Lambda Literary Award, and the Harbourfront Festival Prize for literary excellence. She was born in Kingston-on-Thames, England, and nowlives in Kingston, Ontario.

Janet Turpin Myers is a Burlington novelist and poet. Her début novel, Nightswimming (2013), was short-listed for the Hamilton Arts Council Fiction Prize. Her second novel, The Last Year of Confusion, was released in 2015. Some of Janet’s poems have been published in poetry anthologies, including Hamilton’s Hammered Out and Tower Poetry. Janet has just completed writing another novel, entitled UnPredator, which she hopes will be released soonish!
