Brent Van Staalduinen

Brent van Staalduinen is an award-winning writer who lives and works in Hamilton. His short fiction, non-fiction and poetry have appeared in numerous literary journals. He won the 2015 Bristol story prize and the 2015 Short Works prize, and he has been nominated for the 2016 Journey Prize. Brent holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, and he teaches creative writing at Redeemer University College. Saints, Unexpected is his first novel.
